     Jeff and Laicy Wester    
 
Jeff and Laicy have been doing ministry together in one form or another since they met in 1998.  Jeff's ministry experience started when he was 17.  Together with 5 other students he started a ministry reaching out to his highschool campus.  They couldn't get support from the school or from any campus ministries so they decided to stand up on a bench and preach once a week during lunch.  By the time he graduated over 200 students were gathering to hear Jeff and his friends preach.  Jeff often says, "I like to think I've been in some form of that ministry ever since."  Laicy has a very strong prophetic gifting and has a heart to see a value for beauty restored to Christian women in our culture.  Jeff and Laicy live in Grants Pass, Oregon with their three children (Kaylee, Josiah and Titus).
      Jim and Sandi Wester
 
Jim and Sandi are the founding pastors of Living Water Christian Ministries.  Jim's background is in business.  He owned a successful car dealership in California for over 40 years.  He has been involved in ministry for many years.  Before moving to Oregon Jim was the presedent of the board of the Salinas Vineyard.  Sandi is the administer of the ministry but she brings so much more to the table than administration.  Her gift to see where everything and everyone fits has held this ministry together.  She's usually the one who sees hope in tough situations.  Together Jim and Sandi are the strong voice of wisdom on our team.  Jim and Sandi live in Grants Pass, Oregon with their two teenage daughters.
          Ross and Tamera Miller
 
Ross and Tamera are the heart and soul of Living Water Christian Ministries.  They head up our worship ministry, leading a worship team which plays at various churches in Oregon and California.  When Ross isn't providing loving insight and leadership in our ministry he is a Fire Cheif with the California Fire Department.  Before they were married Tamera was a successful lawyer in California.  She is the cheerleader of the ministry.  Tamera brings and enthusiasm and life to everything we do.  She is ever and encouragement and has valuable insight.  Ross and Tamera live in Grants Pass, Oregon with their five children (One on the way).
